Legwork is an independent product operated by:

• Sole proprietor (individual) — company registration in progress; Legwork is currently run as a private, pre-launch project.

As a sole proprietor below the Swiss VAT registration threshold, no VAT number or commercial-register entry currently applies. This notice will be updated with the registered details once the business is formally incorporated.

Terms of Service

1. What Legwork is

Legwork is a subscription tool that gives one-person founders a daily, adaptive to-do plan and coaching for finding business (B2B) clients. It provides suggestions and guidance. It does not guarantee that you will get clients or any specific result, and it is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

2. Accounts & early access

During early access, accounts are created only with a valid invite code from one of our brand ambassadors. You are responsible for keeping your login secure. You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.

3. Subscription & billing

The early-adopter plan is CHF 44 per month, billed through our payment processor (Stripe). Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Prices for existing early adopters stay locked as described at signup.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no illegal activity, no attempts to break, overload, scrape, or gain unauthorized access to the system or other users' data, and no using the outputs to spam or harass people. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the information you enter (your business details, leads, notes). You grant us the limited right to process it to run the service (see Privacy). We don't sell your data.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost clients, or indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

7. Changes & governing law

We may update the service and these terms; we'll post the date above and, for material changes, notify you. These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, and the competent Swiss courts at the operator's domicile have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection law says otherwise.

Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to run Legwork.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email, and a hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
• Usage / campaign data: what you tell the coach about your business, your leads, tasks, and progress — so the plan can adapt.
• Payment: handled by Stripe; we don't see or store your full card details.

Why, and who processes it (subprocessors)

• Anthropic — powers the AI coaching. Your prompts/state are sent to generate your plan.
• Stripe — payments and subscription billing.
• Our cloud hosting provider — stores your account and campaign data. The specific provider will be named here once deployment is finalized, and we choose an EU/Swiss data region where possible.

Cookies

We use only essential, first-party browser storage to keep you logged in and remember your session. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) — and the GDPR where it applies to you — you can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. Email support@legwork.ch and we'll act within the legal timeframe. We keep your data while your account is active and delete or anonymize it within 90 days of account closure, unless the law requires longer.

Refund policy

We mean the money-back promise. If Legwork doesn't put you in front of real buyers, ask and you get a full refund within 14 days of your payment — no forms, no call, no questions. Just email support@legwork.ch from your account email.

You can cancel your subscription anytime; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again.
